Our clients accountant did a good job of claiming capital allowances through the invoices provided by the client. Our challenge was to enhance the level of capital allowances claimed by adding specialist disciplines to dig deeper and discover more.
Our approach
Our approach was to review significant improvement costs renovating and extending large country house wedding venues. The client’s accountants had already claimed a large value of capital allowances, however, due to the level of spend under review, even a small percentage enhancement would generate significant additional tax savings.
