This particular claim relates to four holiday cottages recently constructed as well as a new seasonal touring pitches created for 15 touring caravans. Each pitch has the advantage of an individual toilet/shower/basin/heater/hairdryer unit as well as 2 water points, piped grey waste point, electricity and individual TV aerial point. Three of the new holiday cottages are of an identical layout and design being two storey two bedroom properties, whilst the fourth new property is also two bedroom and mainly two storey but also with a single storey offshoot. The three cottages are new build whilst the fourth property is effectively a conversion of an existing barn.
The claim is in respect of improvements and new buildings on the caravan site in the sum of £1,023,433, carried out between 2017 and 2019. This case is another good example of how our process compliments accounting routines to ensure the maximum level of tax savings are secured against Land & Building expenditure by enhancing the level of Capital Allowances.
