The client spent a large amount converting a warehouse type building into an indoor play centre for children. The claim was for leasehold expenditure between accounting periods 2016 and 2018. Their accountant did a good job and already claimed a large amount of Capital Allowances, and once added disciplines applied, an even larger number was recovered, meaning the client had retrieved back most of their expenditure.
